Haha, irl this was an ill conceived attempt. We DID use pancake batter and we DID try to fry the bacon…but it didn’t exactly work out. I’m sure it was a combination of not having a thermometer to check the oil temp and the fact that I’m not actually patient enough to fry things (it’s actually kind of fiddly, at least for me!).
