If you’re talking about the placebo effect vs. a hypochondriac-type illness, then yes. Otherwise no. Homeopathy is utterly useless for anything. It’s just water.
Also too — why would water remember the poisonous mushroom (to use the comic’s example) but not all the excrement that’s been in it?
