Oh, no worries, I realized when I posted this one that not everyone would know what that was (I actually thought about not doing this one because of that.) A planogram is basically a picture of one of our display fixtures and the product that supposed to go on it. In my case, it’s books, and we have to put the books going on the fixture in place according to where the picture tells us. I’m sure other retail places have these too (sometimes you see ’em stashed on empty shelves at Walmart), though they may call them by a different name.
I did a store reset at Lowes, all that was talked about was that engineers measured everything, but didn’t count on the size of the box, or the length of various shelves. They just assumed every store is EXACTLY the same……needless to say, every store is different……………..
