My favorite question yet I’ve had at any of my jobs was at Blockbuster in 2006.
“Do you have the movie with the other red headed lady?”
They didn’t know who that was, who the initial red headed lady is, or the context that comment came from. This was also before smartphones and our pos PoS was from 1985, so it was no help.
They eventually figured it out themselves. “Flight Plan” with Jodi Foster. Apparently she was in a shaving commercial or something with other redheads.

Niiiiice. I got a lot of “I’m looking for a book, it had a blue cover” while I was working at the bookstore.
Sometimes they figured it out, sometimes they didn’t, and ONE time I actually DID figure it out and I’m pretty sure that lady thought I was a wizard.
