  1. Is next-day delivery so rare in America it’s weird to expect a package the day after you order it?
It’s pretty much the norm here. But then again we’re a small country, so I suppose it’s easier here.

    1. how big is your country? because if you’re in, say, the uk, then your main island is the size of the state i currently live in. now multiply that by about fifty. there you go, that’s why.

    2. ^^^ Pretty much this.

America is big, and this thing literally had to travel from one coast to almost the other!

  2. Pay enough, you get it quicker.
Pay for standard shipping (like cheap me)… figure a few hundred miles per day, jumping from one big city/postal hub to another. So for Atlanta… Say three or four days from New York, a week or more from LA or Seattle. Plus Sundays, Holidays, BIG mail times (Christmas/tax day), and international shipping (if applicable) can add days.
You can BUY anything anywhere NOW. To actually GET it… A week plus of waiting, or an extra $30.

    1. Yeh, and I rarely need anything faster than standard shipping, so I just wait. But not patiently.
