    2. nah they don’t use cochineal anymore. Haven’t for a while. It’s red #40 or nothing in most countries. Beet juice for the natural method.

    3. I mean, I would totally eat a bug, I just like to be AWARE of it, ya know?

    I used to typeset some food industry books, and . . . Well, there’s no eliminating it. Goal is just to keep the concentration real low. 🙂
