Harley definitely gets irked by sounds and while it never gets her to quit whatever annoying thing it is she’s doing, at least she’s expressive so I get the satisfaction of bugging her!
I once had a cat with the most outrageous vocabulary of sounds (including creative self kicking ones). Seriously hundreds if not thousands of different cat sounds. she got quite a kick out of me mimicking her. Thought it was great fun. Much purrs were had.

Amateur! XD There are moments when a cat is more susceptible to annoyance. It… varies by cat tho.
