  1. You are both adorable and terrifying at the same time. I want to hug/run away from you at the same time.

    1. XD Thanks!

  2. Original thought, going to be fun on her first day of school

    1. Yeah, we thought about that too…Which is why Xena is a nickname I’m using for the comic (but we DID call her a Xenomorph before she was born).

  3. My daugther’s name is Ripley, and it isn’t cause of Ripley’s Believe it or Not.

    1. That one was on the table too, we also thought about Eleanor (Ellen for short).

  4. My friend’s kid is nicknamed raptor because their response to the boy/girl question was “we don’t care as long as it’s not a raptor.”

    1. Is it a clever girl?

At least it’s just a nickname.

    2. I can get behind that!

  5. Once again, you have raised the bar.

  6. I would recommend only the finest in child-raising philosophical literature….
But I’m sure you have already read the best of the best:
Bill Watterson’s extensive analysis of Calvin and Hobbes.

  7. You didn’t. Really?!

    1. Heh, no we didn’t…It’s a nickname for the comic because we DID call her Xenomorph before she was born XD

      1. That would have been awesome.

  8. So if I refer to someone as being xenophobic…

  9. Confession time, everybody: Xena is, in fact, a nickname for the purposes of the comic (though we DID call her a Xenomorph before she was born and we DID consider naming her Xena!)

  10. Deberah C AlbinKnittingmoose

My Niece was Squishy until she came out. Apparently she was really active in her very first Sonogram and moved like the jellyfish in Finding Nemo.
