Heck, if wasps didn’t sting, I’d just catch’em and put’em outside. That’s what I do with almost everything else that comes in the house (except roaches. Ugh, their triangle heads squick me out.).
If there were no wasps, there would be no people. They are that important ..so I was told.
And they won’t sting you, if you see them coming. The old plastic cup to trap them, piece of card to keep them in, toss them out in the yard routine works fine. Preserve insects, please, they are doing more than we are to keep the planet going
I promise, I preserve just about every other insect that enters our house. They all get gently caught and released. Roaches, mosquitoes, and wasps are fair game when they come into the house (and except for mosquitoes actively attacking me, I leave them alone when I’m outside in their home.).

Too funny. I just did the same thing to a colony of tent caterpillars in one of my shrubs.

We used to use that stuff for page layout at the alternative newspaper, back in the before times.

I only did it because I was desperate!

Don’t feel bad for wasps. They are evil and deserve nothing but death. I hate wasps. And yellowjackets.
