I’ve had cuts & zits inside my nose & have applied Neosporin antibiotic ointment. It usually runs back out after a few minutes – I think this happens because the nose is designed to get rid of gunk quickly to keep it healthy.
Or I have a weird nose.
Nah, that seems legit.
(I hate when I get zits up there, too!)
