I was at work, and I felt something crawling across my neck. I froze, thinking it was a spider. Slowly I reached up, snatched it realquickandthrewittotheground!!!
Luckily my fingers slipped right over the dangly heart earring I was wearing for the first time that had been tickling my neck, instead of ripping my ear open. *relief*

I loathe those things with a passion hot enough to melt tungsten.

I think they’re cute! But, I recognize that I’m firmly in the minority.
Most would admit that it would be better to find a harmless house centipede on their hand vs a wasp, though.

You have a cat, how did any moving creature survive at all??
SurlyQueen
Not sure. She’s usually VERY quick to dispatch these little guys no matter how quickly I try and save them (they’re kind of fragile).

I’m always more worried when I don’t find the bug, I know I got bugs in my apartment…I hope something isn’t messing with me…

yea those things eat earwigs*, don’t they. I hate earwigs- centipedes are preferable!

I don’t know about the earwigs, but I know they eat baby roaches, that’s good enough in my book!
Harley generally takes care of the earwigs, anyway…actually, she eats these guys too. -_-;

Those are pretty cool. We don’t have them down here, though. We have these huge red-and-yellow-and-black centipedes about as long as a dollar bill.
Seriously.
Also- scorpions. Nothing like waking up to a scorpion that you’ve rolled over on stinging the living s%$t out of you!

Th-That’s terrifying! BOTH OF THOSE THINGS ARE TERRIFYING.
