I hate when people think sugared tea is the same as sweet tea. I didn’t know the difference until I drank my first Arizona Southern Style, Real Brewed, Sweet Tea. It was heaven. And real Sweet Tea, found in the Southern states, is so much better. One of the reasons I really love going South every year. That, and Cheer Wine.
I’ve tried for YEARS to like coffee. And I just Don’t. I think I’m hyper-sensitive to bitterness or something. Even with copious amounts of sugar and milk it still just tastes overwhelmingly bitter.

Plus, to make “Southern” sweet tea, she would have to add about 20 sugar packets per fluid cup of tea. Takes forever to dissolve.

especially because they serve it cold.

LOVE it when a place has the syrup…but most non-sweet-tea-places serve you with a blank stare and offer you sugar packets.

Unsweetened with lemon – now that’s the best way to drink it, especially if you use sun tea. 😀

Sun tea is pretty rad…I still prefer sweet, though ^_^;

In a horrible way, I’m glad I’m not the only one whose mate does that.

Ah, sweet Cheerwine! Back in the Before Times, you could hardly find it outside of the Carolinas XD

Tea is the work of the devil. Only coffee is legitimate, and even then not from anywhere selling it in paper cups…
