OH YES!!!
an old (hokey, for sure) afternoon TV series for pre-teens from the 70s.
I wasn’t twelve yet, but I saw it as hokey (and loved it).
The bit about the ‘guest stars’ popping out of windows? many times, when the ‘dynamic duo’ were supposedly going up a wall, a guest would open a window to talk to them. At all times it was obvious the guest was standing and the two ‘wall-climbers’ could have just walked ‘to the top’ (only the camera was mounted sideways).

Ha! That is so weird.
I remember the Adam West Batman show being on when I was a kid, but it was so hokey that I couldn’t take it.
If you ever get a chance to see him at a panel/convention or something, you should go. He’s hilarious.
