Although, even though I remember my dreams some of them are really, really weird. My favorite ones are the ones that have famous people in them. But that doesn’t happen so often.
As someone who earlier woke up from a dream involving the lass who played Tonks in the Harry Potter movies, the broken super computer orb from Captain Simian & the Space Monkeys, and a jar of gherkins …
mine are odd, the best way i can describe it is my dreams play out like you’re playing a first person computer game. you’re seeing everything in first person, but you’re removed enough that anything happening doesn’t bother you. i had ones where my, i guess i can call it avatar, was screaming out of terror and i wake up in the middle of the scream and i don’t feel anything. i just wake up like any other time.
I actually can sympathize with how awesome dreams can be. I almost always have weird dreams, like the one when I was at a hospital and one of my favorite semi-famous people was there and decided to play with my hair while one of my friends gave birth to kittens. There were also toilets hanging from the ceiling, covered in faerie lights and chains like some weird art project.
This bear dream sounds fun! I like it when I have vivid 5-sense first- person dreams. Like one time I was a cyborg leading a rebellion, giving rousing speeches in pitched combat; super fun/intense. Easier to remember the super vivid ones, too.
Yes! I love dreams like this! I don’t have them as often as I used to, though (I suspect it has something to do with being a parent and not necessarily getting to wake up when I’m truly done sleeping ^_^; )

Aside from the necklace part, this sounds like a pretty standard dream.

now, were you dreaming first person or third person? was it a visual dream with sensory input or more like a story you were reading?

First person. Nearly all of my dreams are in this manner.

I can’t remember having even a SINGLE first person dream; I only have third.

The only people who say dreams are weird are people who don’t remember their dreams. 😀 all dreams are weird!

Crazy! I think most of the time mine are first person, but sometimes they’re more cinematic, and I get to watch the whole thing like a movie.

Some of my dreams have replay and undo features. I replay about half of my dreams.
