#1587 Indigestion

Sorry this one was late going up, there were a couple of hiccups!

SUPER THANKFUL the cats opted NOT to poison themselves, but holy heck, vacuuming at 1:30am is not my favorite thing in the world. And, of course, they had to have their fun in the one carpeted room they have access too. Thanks, cats.

  1. Reminds me of the time I DID have to go to the emergency vet, with my cat, twice. Once, because he tried to climb a runner and took a 5 lbs cutting board to the tail at 8 weeks (Had 1/3 of his tail removed….1,500$), and then the time he chewed through a lily bouquet and needed TWO rounds of anti-venom and his stomach pumped and a 2-day stay (2,700$) when he was two. I love my cats, but dam them sometimes. His name is Theodore J. Teddums ESQ., and he turned 13 this past August and I love him to pieces.

  2. Some of the best presents are the smallest ones, my youngest sent me a rechargeable hand warmer that’s perfect for when my hands stiffen up and it can also recharge a phone if you forget to turn it off when you’re not going out for a week, like I do half the time. I always seem to remember to turn the hand warmer off though.

  3. The cats haven’t gotten into too much they shouldn’t, except to break things, but when he was about three my youngest got into the medicine his older brother was taking and had to have his stomach pumped. Cheaper than a trip to the vet.
