I never truly understood "ignorance is bliss" until I was the one in the room with a degree about the thing someone was spouting nonsense about. I suppose I could have inserted myself into the conversation and "educated" him, but honestly no one likes that and it's not worth it in the end. 

And yes, I realize this is my own pretentiousness showing. I can smell my own XD
