  2. You can easily tell its bad. It’s ‘gound’ beef. The good stuff is ‘ground’.

    I had to read it a few times to even notice.

  3. ‘Off’ as in “some curry will cover this” or ‘off’ as in “I gave some to the cat and he tried to bury it” ?

    1. It just smelled Not Good when I was cooking it. It *might* have been okay, but I’m much less cavalier about food safety when the kiddo’s going to be eating it!
