They taste like colour because they don’t actually taste like any real fruit flavour. XD If you ever get one of those ice-y things that are made out of 100% juice, they definitely taste like juice and not colours.
mmmm. i remember occasionally there would be a white one and they were the best! i dont recall which flavor, but it was flavorful (versus colorless due to lack of flavor at all.)

Red 40 makes me weird. I have not been able to eat those things since I was a kid. Especially since now I can taste food dyes. Blergh. Ah, nostalgia.
