yes, there’s necromancy, which is making the dead not be dead anymore, and is generally frowned upon; there’s white necromancy, which is the same but religious overtones, aka resurrections; time magic, which is manipulating time to slow it down or speed it up or stop it; gravity magic, which is stuff like levitating and chucking stuff; mind magic, which is where you mess with someone’s mind, like read it or control it; enchanting magic where you make magical items like talking swords and other rune-encrusted shenanigans; then you start getting into obscure stuff like food magic, which is where you make magical food; also there’s nature magic which could be considered part of elemental but also deals with plants and animals, like attacking with thorny vines or bees or wolves; there’s alchemy which is like old-timey chemistry where you make potions to heal yourself or make yourself stronger, or poisons which are obvious in their intended use, the difference between it and chemistry tho is the ideas behind what’s used and why, like that whole eye of newt and wing of bat thing… Surly may know of others or may see overlaps in what i said…incidentally, i don’t necessarily believe in magic, i don’t disbelieve in it either but i’ve seen no proof and i get the heebie jeebies thinking about the otherworldly stuff; all this stuff i mentioned i got from games
