  1. Strangely, I’m with Gate on this. I actually prefer the “Cran-log” over the chopped/ground-up cranberries that are so common these days. You can use it to make a PB&C sammich (which I’ll admit is an acquired taste and not for everyone) and you don’t have to worry about cranberry skins.

    Granted, when cranberries are ground up and mixed in with crush pineapple it really tastes good. You just can’t make a sammich with it. 😀

    1. Except that regular cranberry sauce jiggles just like the stuff from a can. If it was some fancy runny sauce that would make sense, but once you simmer it for a while the skins aren’t really an issue. (My husband eats cranberrry sauce sandwiches too, I get it)

      1. I have to confess that I’m not a fan of cranberry sauce in general. PoJo, on the other hand, is offended more by the jiggling of the canned kind just on principle.

        And Gatekeeper knows it.

    2. Loads of people do, I gather…I’m not really a fan of cranberry sauce ^_^;

    1. I get the actual day off, but certainly not the days following it! Hope you had a good holiday in spite of scheduling.
