As much as I agree with you on the oddness of celebrating the fact that you survived another year, the “good job” would have been for knowing how old they were.
@ Christine; I would set the bar higher (or lower..?) – If a four-year old could not tell his age, I’d think him a mental patient. A two-year old, on the other hand, then I would be impressed.
