  1. Do not feel bad. Random chance happens. The one good song the band ever made, if you will.

It was probably dumb luck that they made a single good song in the first place.

  2. It’s probably a cover and the original is better 😉

And if not, it will soon enough be covered by a band you don’t have to feel embarrassed about.

    1. And if those don’t happen, there’s always the nunnery option. 😀

    2. Nah, this was an original song…Maybe someone else will cover it and I can feign ignorance on its original writer XD

Well, the original writer was most likely NOT anyone in the band. 🙂 They just sang it.

        1. THAT’S fair…

That’s kind of one of the many reasons I like being old enough that pop music tends to escape me. Nowadays I usually hear the parodies of a song LONG before I hear the original.

I heard at least five different parodies of Wrecking Ball before I heard the song for the first time ( that time being the vid of the guy doing a send-up of it on Chatroulette ) …

        3. Oh man, that Chatroulette Guy! His vid of “Call Me Maybe” was way funnier to me!

I like pop music for the most part because I like catchy up beat stuff…I guess this should really go to show me that I should judge music based solely on the band that plays it, or their fanbase…although I do NOT enjoy most of the other stuff of this particular band in question.

  3. yup happens everytime

  4. That’s okay, I think teenage-me has already disowned me for unironically enjoying a Hannah Montana song.

    1. LOL! That goes double for me and my liking of nearly every Katy Perry song…or at the very least knowing all…of…their…lyrics.

  5. Everything is AWESOOOOOOOOOME

  6. All you need to do is *Takes deep breath* Let it go! Let it go!
