My brother is friends with the songwriters! He has actually cowritten a musical (“In Transit”) with Kristen. Their elder daughter, who sings the first verse of “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?”, was the Ring Fairy at his wedding. (It wasn’t a themed wedding, but when the junior member of the bridal party asks if she can be the Ring Fairy, you do not say no.) She was four and a half at the time, and at the reception, she sang “Ring of Fire”. Word perfect. They said she learned it in Pre-K. We’re still a little puzzled about that.
